Nestled in its own olive grove, this charming house sits quietly on a hillside—a place to breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy. Here you’ll experience complete privacy, surrounded by Mediterranean nature.

Despite the idyllic setting, the sea is just a few minutes away: the small, beautiful seaside town of San Lorenzo al Mare is only 2.2 km away and invites you to linger with its beaches, cafés, and promenade.

A well-stocked Ligurian grocery store with fresh bread rolls is just 1.5 km away—perfect for a relaxed breakfast on the terrace.

The charming coastal town of Imperia, with its beaches, markets, and diverse shopping options, is about a 10-minute drive away (8 km).

The picturesque mountain village of Civezza is also within walking distance. There you can enjoy breathtaking ocean views as well as a selection of restaurants, small shops, and a pharmacy.

Note on the location:
Access is via a typical Ligurian, somewhat steeper road—it’s easily drivable and ensures the house’s wonderfully quiet, secluded location.

Arrival & Service
Upon your arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our Italian caretaker couple, Kristian and Elisabetta.


Heating
During the cooler months, the wood-burning stove provides a particularly pleasant warmth and cozy evenings. Firewood can be provided upon request for 70 € per week.
The gas central heating can also be used (consumption is metered; 10 €/m³).
