The approximately 90-square-meter, 4-star vacation apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years old (travel crib with matching bedding and high chair available).
It features a separate kitchen with a cozy dining area, a living room with an additional large dining table for 5 people, and 2 high-quality, comfortable sofas.
Between the two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and an additional TV; 1 bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into twin beds, featuring adjustable slatted frames and mattresses in different firmness levels—H2 and H3—available) is the shower room with two sinks, an oversized shower (80 x 150 cm), a heated towel rack, and a toilet. Another separate toilet with a sink in the adjacent room offers you additional comfort.
The apartment’s utility room features a cabinet with cleaning supplies, as well as a washer and dryer for your exclusive use.

The apartment features high-quality oak parquet flooring in the living room, designer vinyl flooring in the bedrooms, and light-colored tiles in all other rooms, and is equipped with electric roller shutters and fly/mosquito screens in every room.
All rooms are bright, high-quality, modern, and lovingly furnished.

From the living room—equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, CD player, and portable Bluetooth speaker for added comfort—you can step out onto the south-facing, covered terrace, which features a beach chair, a table (90 x 180 cm) with four chairs, and a sun lounger. This terrace, along with the garden, is available exclusively for the sole use of guests on the first floor.
There are plenty of secure bike parking spaces in the enclosed garden area, and a
parking space (upon request) is located right next to the house.
