Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Large garden, lawn 500 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The bunk bed is the extra bed (see additional costs).
