Houston and the heights are home for us and we wanted to have something to escape to when not living our normal day to day life states away.

Why they chose this property

The heights offers so many unique opportunities in Houston. Specifically, the Lazybrook area offered a safe and quiet neighborhood which has immediate access to everything we love about the heights. We are just outside the highways, less than a mile from great food and cocktails, and we are walking distance to our favorite running trail!

What makes this property unique

Our property offers a safe luxury living experience for up to 12 people with 4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a sun room room which can accommodate a single or even double guests if the situation called for it! Our home features a speak easy style game room which you can enter through the pantry. This allows for lounging, shooting pool, streaming TV and music, along with shuffleboard in a unique relaxing space. We also sleep 12 people, have a beautiful designer outdoor pool area with fun and safety in mind with a pool fence. Our outdoor kitchen area features a full seating area, griddle, and grill with swing chairs to add to the space. We also have a turfed area which welcomes guest to enjoy yard games such as corn hole, lawn darts, or even sit and relax with our projector oner a movie night. Adjacent to the living space features a mini pickleball court with adjacent adjustable basketball hoop!
