Villa Olivia is at the Alcúdia bay in an area called Alcanada. Various natural beaches and the Alcanada golf course are within walking distance. Both Port Alcúdia and the town of Alcúdia are only a short drive away.

Alcúdia has a very nice historic old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The marina Puerto Alcúdia has a nice seafront promenade with shops and restaurants from fine dining to family friendly and offers a wide selection of water sports activities. The seaside resort along the beach has nightlife, restaurants and leisure activities for all tastes and age groups. The bay is famous for its fine sandy beach and the shallow waters. Wind- and kite surfers will find excellent conditions!

The old town of Pollença is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

This exceptionally well located holiday homes is full of opportunities, as a golf course and the beach are just some steps away and the town and port can reached in a couple of minutes by car. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Villa Olivia is an elegant semi-detached house with magnificent sea views, various terraces and a garden with pool.

From the entrance of the villa there is a staircase leading to the large sunroof with sea view. Crossing the entrance area there is the living room and dining area, which has an access to the terrace and pool area. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen. Another staircase from the entrance hall leads down to the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a bath en-suite, while two other bedrooms are sharing a bathroom. A guest toilet can be found on the right side of the entrance hall.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning, which is running on a timer. Operating hours are: 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 am.

Villa Olivia offers several terraces with magnificent sea views as well as a small garden with a private pool. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool and lawns to relax in comfortable sun loungers. There is also a BBQ-grill available. The house has a private garage for one car.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
