This is a wonderful house just by the sea with an amazing viewpoint to Pollença Bay. The house is surrounded by the sea in both sides. It can accommodate 4 people.
The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. In fact, the terraces are usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca.

The house has a well furnished living room and a fully furnished kitchen with all the equipment you might need during your holiday. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom and the second one with two twin beds. Another shower bathroom will be found on the -1 floor. The house has two terraces, one in the front and one in the back. Both of them have sea views.

The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their �����llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it. From this lovely house you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips: Costa del Cap del Pinar, Albufereta de Pollença or visit the medieval town of Alcudia which still conserves its impressive wall. This is a perfect place to visit the north of Mallorca, as you will find gorgeous sites nearby: Formentor and the surrounding coves, Alcudia beach and the charming towns of Pollença and Alcudia.

Best views and terrace ever

Wonderful place with incredible views right on the sea. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Beds could be a little bit better but the space is so incredible that it didn’t really matter.

Breathtaking views and beautifully located at the waters edge. The house was spotless and a great setup. We would definitely return. Feedback, which I really hope you take onboard for returning families: the damp smell from downstairs. No aircon which we knew about but lack of fans made it unbearable at times as we slept with the windows open and were kept up all night every night by busy mosquitoes. We were grumpy and tired each day. You also have an ant issue, in the kitchen and in the twin bedroom as there were ants on the bed every night. Some basic cleaning products will also help - dish liquid and a sponge. The feedback is not intended to be negative as we had a fantastic time overall.

Beautiful view, but otherwise disappointing

The photos looked incredible and so we splurged and booked a stay, but reality ended up being a let down. The view is real and was the best part of the stay, but the photos are misleading as the rest of the deck and interior are pretty barren. The couch covers were stained and old so everything was covered with a sheet and otherwise empty space. There was NO soap in the bathrooms (only one in the kitchen and a single hand sanitizer under the sink with black mold). There was one towel per guest with no extras available if needed. No beach towels. No toiletries (or soap as mentioned). The bedroom in the basement did not have bedding on it while the beds upstairs had some cheap old disgusting comforter and uncomfortable cheap beds. The host did not communicate address and details until the few days before and we were not aware of having to pay such a large amount in advance (before VRBO policies) along with last minute request of large 300 Euro deposit otherwise threats of cancelling the whole stay (even though we were already travelling and limited access to emails). There were RV camper vans outside the property both nights having loud parties late- not sure if this is a regular occurrence. Overall, the view was beautiful, but was not worth the price at all considering the rest of the amenities/beds.

Eine wundervolle Unterkunft,

die Lage perfekt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, das man nicht direkt von der einzigartigen Terrasse ins Meer springen kann ist alles. Ob morgens beim Frühstück oder abends beim Sonnenuntergang die Terrasseist ein Traum mit einer einzigartigen wunderschönen Aussicht.

Wir waren letztes Jahr und dieses Jahr insgesamt für 6 Wochen Gäste in diesem unvergleichlichen Kleinod. Vieles an Vorteilen kann man weder auf den Fotos erkennen oder sonst verbal beschreiben. Um es kurz zu machen, WIRKLICH einmalige Traumlage, von DREI Seiten vom Meer umgeben, absolute Ruhe, nur sehr freundliche, einheimische Dauermieter oder Selbstnutzer als Nachbarn. Direkt von der Terrasse ins Meer baden gehen, meistens ganz allein oder allenfalls mal mit 2 bis 3 netten "Mitschwimmern". Und der Ortsmittelpunkt ist vom Standort "El Bacares" (ca. 1.000 m entfernt) eine sehr gepflepte mittelalterliche Festungsanlage mit Restaurants und Boutiquen deutlich oberhalb des üblichen Touristenangebotes wie im 3 km entfernten Alcudia. Einziger (kleiner) Kritikpunkt: Bei dem Preisniveau wünscht man sich etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail, d.h. einige Teile sind nicht wirklich gepflegt, zB. die Küchenausstattung, insbesndere die Spülmaschine könnte mal erneuert werden. Das Zimmer im Souterrain (von uns zum Glück nicht benutzt) ist unbewohnbar. Auf der Dachterrasse sind leider keinerlei Möbel (weder Liegestühle noch ein Tisch) vorhanden, obwohl diese ideal für Abendstunden nutzbar wäre, schade eigentlich. Aber wie gesagt, Jammern auf hohem Niveau, so dass wir vermutlich nächstes Jahr trotzdem wieder hinfahren (erst recht, wenn die vorgenannten Kritikpunkte bis dahin behoben sind)

Traumhaus

Das Haus war ein Traum. Sehr geräumig, einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen. Schade war nur, dass wir den Vermieter nicht kennen gelernt haben, auch war niemenad da zur Abnahme des Hauses.
