Living space

Two distinct living areas give your group flexibility from the moment you arrive. The main lounge offers comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights or game-day viewing, while the second sitting room provides a quieter corner - ideal for morning coffee, reading, or winding down after a long day out. A dedicated workspace means those balancing travel and remote work are well looked after, and a convenient half bathroom with direct pool access keeps wet feet off the main floors.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the king suite serves as the primary retreat with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a private full bathroom. A second oversized suite features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and its own full bathroom - a setup that works beautifully for couples traveling together or multigenerational families. Two further bedrooms each contain two twin beds and share a full bathroom, making them well suited for children, teens, or additional guests. With six beds across four bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything needed for home cooking - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The adjacent dining table seats eight, keeping the whole group together whether it's a quick breakfast before the parks or a proper family dinner in the evening.



Outdoor space

The screened pool and spa are the heart of the home's outdoor experience. The expansive lanai wraps around the pool with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, sofas, tables, and chairs - generous enough for the full group to relax at once. The backyard and patio extend the outdoor living further, and the pool's screened enclosure means you can enjoy it well into the evening without interruption.



Practical details

Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy at any time after 4 PM. Free on-premises parking, an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, a pack 'n play, iron, and a full suite of safety equipment - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all included. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

A starter set of essentials is provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For stays beyond a few days, you may need to replenish supplies. Checkout is by 10 AM.



Location

Windwood Bay sits in Davenport, a well-positioned base for Central Florida's major draws. Walt Disney World is approximately 11 miles away (around 20-25 minutes), Disney Springs roughly 13 miles (25-30 minutes), Universal Studios approximately 22 miles (30-35 minutes), and SeaWorld about 18 miles (25-30 minutes). For golf, ChampionsGate Golf Club is just 4 miles away - around 8-10 minutes. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 miles, or 35-40 minutes by car. Posner Park Shopping Center, Old Town Kissimmee, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Legoland Florida, Gatorland, and The Mall at Millenia are all within easy reach.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with check-in instructions 24 hours prior to the check-in. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.
