Lovely 4 bedroom villa sleeps 8. Sunny Private pool.

Teal Door Villa is a beautiful and comfortable 4 bedroom house that sleeps 8. It features 2 king bedroom suites each with their own private baths; a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds that share the 3rd bathroom.
The house has a comfortable open concept living space with a kitchen that is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The kitchen also has a reverse osmosis that provides purified drinking water and ice, so no need to purchase bottled drinking water, just be sure to bring your water bottles.
Walk out to a large south facing, screen covered lanai and private pool, (where we spend most of our time! ) The pool has a hand railing for your safety when entering and exiting the pool, and some pool toys and inflatables are provided.
The lanai has 2 tables with chairs for outdoor dinning. 2 Chaise lounges are also there for sun bathing or just relaxing.
Don’t bother to pack beach towels, we have them for your use along with Pack N Plays, strollers, car seats and a high chair for the little ones. There are T.V.’s in the living room and in all bedrooms.
Theres a local park with playground, basket ball court and picnic area less than a block away.
This vacation home is located at The West Stonebridge subdivision in Davenport, a small peaceful circle of homes. Right off Hwy 27, it has great access to Hwy 192 and I-4. It is about 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport and just 20 minutes to Disney attractions and other theme parks.
Although we do supply some initial use items for our guests, our house is primarily self catering. Additional supplies and groceries can be purchased near by at the Publix food store just across the hwy. Other nearby stores such as Walmart, Lowes, Target and assorted retail are just a few miles on Hwy 27. And to many of our guests delight, we have a StarBucks within walking distance!
Centrally located, our villa is less than 2 hours from both the Gulf and Atlantic coast beaches making day trips possible. It’s also close to several outstanding golf courses such as Champions Gate golf course just down the road.
Whether you stay to just get away from a colder climate or use as your "home away from home" after spending a long day at the theme parks, we think you will find this house to be beautiful with clean, comfortable accommodations.
