Perfect place for a relaxing holiday

Andrea the host was an excellent communicator with every detail and query answered promptly, very friendly and easy to deal with. The complex is in a great location, easy walking distance to local amenities. The swimming pool is wonderful, with plenty of space and sun loungers. The gardens are beautifully maintained. The apartment provides clean and comfortable accommodation, for a great price.

Excellent Apartment

Apartment is in a quiet location on the Oasis Taramindo complex. There are a few shops and bars/restaurants in the immediate area and the main street with alot more places are about a 15 minute walk away. The apartment itself has everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday although we mainly ate out. Theres also a washing machine so all clothes can be washed and dried before coming home. The swimming pool area in the complex has seen better days but there were adequate sun loungers for free use. Shopping wise theres a small supermarket across the road but if you want to do a big shop there is a mercadona and a lidl about 10-15 mins walk away. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Corralejo, and would like to thank Andrea (the owner) who made the whole booking process from start to finish very easy and answered any questions we had very promptly. And also like to thank Morgana who was the lady we dealt with in Corralejo who greeted us at the apartment showed us around and explained everything to us. Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely apartment Mickey

Einfach nur Traumhaft

Sehr schöne, saubere, gepflegte und perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail in einer herrlichen grünen Anlage mit einem riesen Pool. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar eine Ausstattung für den Strand, wie Windfang, Sonnenschirme und Spiele waren vorhanden. Es war ein unbeschreiblich traumhafter Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Ein dickes Lob und Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeberin.

Immer gerne wieder

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem tollen Appartement. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr lobenswert ist auch ein zweites Schlafzimmer unterm Dach, welches durch eine kurze Treppe zu erreichen ist. Von der großen Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf Lanzarote, Lobos und die Dünenlandschaft samt dahinter liegendem Meer und erlebt die herrlichsten Sonnenaufgänge. Wir kommen gern zurück

Schönes Appartement, für uns leider kein erholsamer Urlaub

Frau Kettner war wie immer sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Allerdings ist in der Anlage, aber auch in Corralejo rege Baustellentätigkeit, so dass wir diesmal keine Erholung fanden. Sehr schade.

Lamento mucho que no consideren que el precio esté justificado. También le escribiré en privado para que me diga exactamente qué le hizo pensar que el precio no era razonable. Su opinión es muy importante para nosotros y aceptamos con gusto las sugerencias de mejora. ¡Muchas gracias! Además, siempre intentamos que la estancia de nuestros huéspedes sea lo más agradable posible. Por eso intentamos constantemente mejorar el piso de vacaciones. Compramos el piso en 2019 y hemos realizado numerosas mejoras desde entonces. Se compró un lavavajillas. Se instaló un nuevo acristalamiento cortavientos en la terraza y se repararon la puerta de entrada y el portón. Ahora una ventana en la sala de la galería proporciona suficiente luz. En estos momentos se están llevando a cabo obras de renovación en nuestros pisos. Se ha instalado una claraboya en el cuarto de baño para que la luz natural inunde la habitación y entre aire fresco. Se ha instalado una nueva puerta de baño. Las juntas de silicona de la ducha se volvieron a siliconar. Además, se instalaron dos mosquiteras de alta calidad en la ventana de la sala de la galería y en la zona de estar. Los trabajos de pintura han comenzado hoy, ya que se está repintando todo el piso. El apartamento, su ubicación, limpieza y el contacto con la persona que lo gestiona para cualquier problema que pudiera surgir fenomenal. Si tengo que poner un pero, es que la limpieza no viene incluida en el presupuesto total de la reserva. Por todo lo demás fantástico.

Schöner Urlaub trotz Corona

Sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Übergabe klappte super, danke an Frau Morgana. Die gesamte Anlage ist schön gestaltet und sauber. Die Lage zum Strand oder Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut zu machen. Dies Apartment ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte super. Die gesamte Anlage war schön gestaltet und sauber, das gleiche galt für den Poolbereich. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

alles genau wie beschrieben und erwartet - war wirklich tipptopp !

Wir hatten über fewo-direkt.de gebucht; sämtliche Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei und jederzeit sehr freundlich; vor Ort beim Treff mit der Verwaltung der Anlage ist es praktisch, wenn man ein paar Brocken englisch, spanisch oder italienisch spricht. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage mit Blick zu etwas entfernten Meer, es ist sauber, sehr ordentlich ausgestattet, richtig ruhig in einer gepflegten Anlage gelegen; zwei mega gute Pizzerien und weitere Restaurants grenzen direkt an die Ferienanlage. Preis/Leistung ist stimmig. man zahlt genau das, was man dafür kriegt - deshalb auch alle Sterne von uns ! Könnte mir auf jeden Fall vorstellen, mal wieder eine Buchung anzufragen.

Perfect!

Recently enjoyed a week long stay here in January which we really enjoyed. The property was pretty much as described with all the essentials. The balcony was perfect for catching the morning sun. The pool area is really spacious and is well kept. We enjoyed the walk into Corralejo centre most evenings and was no more than 25 minutes or so on foot. Overall a great stay!

Tutto come deve essere

Il villaggio è tranquillo e molto ben curato (giardini, piscine ecc.) L'appartamento è ben arredato, pulito, spazioso e comodo anche per 4 persone . L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e impeccabile. La isla è magica, ma questo lo sapevamo già.....

erholsamer Urlaub im Mai 2019 (Vorsaison)

ruhige gepflegte Appartmentanlage mit 2 großen Meerwasserpools. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, zum Ortskern/Strand ca. 3 km Fußweg. In der Vorsaison nicht stark frequentiert und daher ausgesprochen angenehm ruhig. Ausstattung des Appartments perfekt, wenn man auf einen Geschirrspüler verzichten kann. Möbel zeitweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionell. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre schön (Steakmesser zum Brote schmieren sind schlecht). Der WLAN-Router(7,- €/Woche) ist etwas schwach auf der Brust und reicht teilweise nicht ins Schlafzimmer bzw. auf die Terrasse. Die Liegestühle könnten ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ist an alles bis zur Einkaufstasche hin gedacht mit Liebe zum Detail. Appartment 88a ist überwiegend windgeschützt mit tollem Blick auf den Garten und Vulkan. Frau Morgana war stets bemüht unseren Wünschen gerecht zu werden und uns den Aufenthalt zu verschönen. Danke dafür noch einmal an dieser Stelle. FAZIT: Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Besonders dankbar sind wir, dass Sie uns auf das fehlende Brotmesser und das geringe Besteck aufmerksam gemacht haben; es wurde neues gekauft! Auch eine Einkaufstasche ist nun vorhanden! Ein Geschirrspüler wird voraussichtlich im Sommer 2020 eingebaut. Das WLAN ist nun im Preis inklusive und der neue Router reicht problemlos ins Schlafzimmer und auf die Terrasse. Zum 2. Mal haben wir in einem Appartement von Herrn Aichner Urlaub gemacht und auch dieses Jahr war es wieder super. Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich von Morgana empfangen und verabschiedet. Die Wohnung 88a ist neu renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht (sogar noch besser!). Auf dem großen Balkon kann man herrlich entspannen , die gesamte Anlage und die Pools sind sehr gepflegt und man bekommt immer eine Liege. Alles in allem haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und den nächsten Urlaub bei Herrn Aichner schon wieder gebucht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub in Ihrem Appartement. El apartamento es como se muestra en las fotos. Las vistas dan a la urbanización. Todo limpio y con abundantes utensilios. Las piscinas estupendas y con poca gente. Todo muy bien.

Great apartment

Very nice apartment with a great balcony and a lovely view. I have stayed before in this apartment and it was a pleasant surprise to see that it was redecorated, very tasteful and nice! The Oasis Tamarindo park is beautiful and very well mantained. Morgana is a very good caretaker and took very well care of us. Thank you very much!!
