This one-of-a-kind property features three separate cottages rented together as one reservation, making it the perfect destination for multi-generational families, reunions, and groups looking to experience the Lakes Region together. With accommodations for up to 16 guests, everyone can gather for lakefront fun during the day and retreat to their own cottage in the evening.

The waterfront offers direct access to Lake Winnipesaukee from the property's boathouse and perched shoreline. While there is no sandy beach, guests can enjoy swimming from the smooth rock shoreline, relaxing on top of the boathouse, or spending the day out on the water. Two boat slips inside the boathouse are available for guest use, and the property includes two kayaks and a rowboat for exploring the lake.

West Cove Cottage serves as the heart of the property, featuring the largest kitchen and living area where groups can gather for meals, games, and quality time together. Just outside, you'll find a waterfront patio with a grill overlooking the lake.

Little Big Cove Cottage offers the most bedroom space and provides a comfortable retreat for larger families within the group, while East Cove Cottage sits closest to the water and offers beautiful lake views along with a screened porch dining area perfect for morning coffee or evening meals.

Each cottage includes:
