The house was great for a group of six on a weekend golf trip. The house was clean and had plenty of space. The location was great. Walking distance to the minor league ball field, restaurants and all the south slope breweries.

Excellent location, able to walk downtown with kids under 5. Lovely place with comfortable beds and lots of games to entertain the kids and family. Had a glitch getting access to the place but Rod addressed this quickly and checked in over the weekend to ensure we had everything we needed. We’ll be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the back deck drinking our wine and eating our popcorn, while we watched the baseball stadium fireworks! Lovely home!

New rental property that is still working out their procedures and kinks. Lots of fresh remodeling. The good: freshly renovated and cute. New appliances and furniture. They provide a little coffee bar and that is very nice. For those not familiar with Asheville it is just south of the central downtown area. Really convenient and can walk everywhere if you want! We could hear the Orange Peel from the house it is so close. Communications with the owner was great. Fun pool table and little party room. The ok: comfort of couch and beds are bare minimum. Kids didn’t mind the beds. I slept ok, but felt the master bed was in the firm side. Most furniture seemed like it was bought for looks most likely, not how they feel. Remodel still has some kinks. There was a GFCI outlet in the kitchen that was tripped and looked broken so the stuff on the kitchen wall with the stove didn’t have power. The stove did. I just moved the toaster beside the coffee bar. Although the water temp in the kitchen felt fine - for some reason getting HOT water in either shower seemed impossible. Owner had someone come out and turn it up, but it didn’t seem to change the shower temps so that may be a problem with their fixtures. Showers were ok, just not a nice hot one. The bunk bed in the third bedroom had a mattress so thick on it that it extended above the safety rails. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my 8 yr old up there. Luckily there was a trundle bed so we used that instead.

I truly appreciate your honesty it has been incredibly helpful in making the home even better for future guests. I’m happy to let you know that I’ve addressed all of the issues you mentioned: • The kitchen GFCI outlet has been replaced and is now working properly. 
• Hot water is working perfectly in both showers.
• The shower temperature controls have been adjusted to make them much easier to use. 
• The bunkbed has been replaced with a new bed that meet the safety rail. Based on your feedback, I’ve also made a few additional improvements: • The master bedroom bed now has a plush mattress topper for added comfort. 
• The kids’ sleeping area is now both safer and more comfortable. I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed the fresh remodel, the coffee bar, the pool table, and the convenient location. Feedback like yours is invaluable and truly helps me create a better experience for every guest. Thank you again for helping me improve the home.
