This beautiful, non-smoking vacation rental in a prime location on the Siel, featuring its own boat dock, boasts high-quality and tasteful furnishings.

A cozy living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo system,

a modern kitchen with a wide range of appliances, such as an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more—leaving nothing to be desired. An East Frisian tea set invites you to enjoy a cozy East Frisian “Koppke Tee.”

There are two bedrooms: one with a box-spring double bed and a second TV, and another with two single beds, also featuring an LED TV, as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The apartment is fully tiled with underfloor heating. Amenities also include pleated blinds, fly screens, and smoke detectors; the bedrooms also feature electric exterior blinds.

A washer-dryer is available for your use.

A large, fully fenced-in garden (open toward the water) with a beautiful terrace, stylish garden furniture, and a parasol invites you to enjoy the sunshine. The garden leads directly to your own boat dock with a large bench right on the water!

A garden shed, where you can also store your bicycles, is equipped with an electrical outlet (for e-bikes).

A parking space is located directly in front of the house.

Dogs are welcome upon request.

The accommodations “Dornröschen,” “Kommewieder,” “Meerzeit,” and “Sielperle” are located in the same building, should you need more space.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafes, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
