The ski areas - Arlberg - Sonnenkopf- Brandnertal - Silvretta Montafon can be easily reached in 25 - 45 minutes by car.

The beautiful city center of Feldkirch can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The Felsenau swimming pool is only 500 meters away from the property. It is the oldest existing swimming pool in Vorarlberg.
