Very cosy, comfortable timber house "Krampehaugen", renovated in 2016. In the centre 750 m from the centre of Utvik, 43 km from the centre of Stryn, 80 km from the centre of Førde, 60 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 750 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 60 m. Golf course (9 hole) 29 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 31 km.
