Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung, genau wie beschrieben. Es sind etliche Treppen zu überwinden (außen wie auch innen), aber das Loft im Obergeschoss mit Aussicht auf den See und Gartenterrasse ist es wert. Di Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles da was man so braucht. Bus und Schiffe fahren ganz in der Nähe ab und man kann rund um Tremezzo viel unternehmen. Lokale und Bars sind ebenso im ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erriechen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietein war sehr gut, wir hatten keine Probleme. Die Terrasse der Weinbar nebenan kann am Abend etwas lauter werden, aber spätestens um Mitternacht ist himmlische Ruhe.

Die Wohnung ist gut, man hat alles was man braucht. Leider war es zu unserer Zeit sehr heiß, so dass es auch in der Wohnung sehr warm war, es gibt Ventilatoren.Wegen der Weinbar nebenan (die toll ist), ist es manchmal bis spät abends sehr laut.Die Wohnung hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, da sie in einem typischen italienischen Wohnviertel liegt. Im Sommer ist es sehr voll in Tremezzo, so dass man lange nach einem freien, kostenfreien Parkplatz suchen muss. Das kann schon so 700 m weit weg sein, wenn man dann mit einer Familie einen Wocheneinkauf macht, ist es etwas schwierig mit dem Tragen der Einkäufe.Alles andere ist aber sehr positiv, der Blick auf den See ist toll, die Landschaft eine tolle Kulisse.

Die Weinbar ist bis 23.00 Uhr geöffnet, i.d.Regel ist früher Schluss. Es kann am WE in der Hochsaison ausnahmsweise mal 23.30 werden, was für Familien vielleicht nicht optimal ist, Wir vermieten deshalb eigentlich nicht an Familien mit kleineren Kindern; dieses mal hatten wir eine Ausnahme gemacht, leider.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Comer See

Wir hatten als Familie einen wirklich tollen Urlaub- mit dazu beigetragen hat sicherlich auch die erstklassige Wohnung. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Parksituation und der etwas längere Zugangsweg zur Wohnung. Sonst ist die Lage top und die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert.

Charme et authenticité

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein coeur de Tremezzo, à proximité des ferrys et des restaurants. Il possède tout le confort nécessaire et propose une vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme. Irène nous a donné toutes les explications utiles à notre séjour qui s'est déroulé à merveille!

Wohnung mit Seeblick

Die Whg liegt in zweiter Reihe direkt am See. Tolle Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen wie z.B. Besuch der Villa Carlotta, Überfahrt nach Bellagio oder Varenna, da sich die Schiffsanlegestelle direkt vor Ort befindet. Drei gute Einkehrmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und direkt am See. Tolle Weinhandlung und Weinbar direkt nebenan. Die Whg hat einen wunderbaren Seeblick, einen idyllischen ,nicht einsehbaren Garten sowie einen kleinen Balkon, der bereits am Morgen ermöglicht ,in der Sonne zu frühstücken. Die Whg ist hell, sehr sauber, toll und funktional eingerichtet. Großzügiges Ankleidezimmer und durchdachte Beleuchtung tragen ebenfalls zum Wohlfühlen bei. Alles in allem trägt die Whg dazu bei, sich rundwegs wohlzufühlen und sich fast schon als Einheimischer zu fühlen ,da man so richtig ins italienische Leben eintaucht.Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Traumhafter Blick & top Ausstattung

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war einfach zu finden und bei unsere Ankunft sehr sauber. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten, hat einen wunderschönen Blick über den See und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten nach hinten ist sonnig und ruhig, wir haben hier gerne gelesen, und gleichzeitig sind es nach vorne aus der Tür wenige Schritte zu den Restaurants unten am See und dem Anleger der kleinen Fähre. Ein wirklicher Glücksgriff - wir würden ohne zu Zögern erneut buchen!
