The home is really nicely updated inside and super cute. Very clean also. We did have a few issues and the host was super responsive, but a few things couldn’t be corrected during our stay. The ice maker didn’t work in the freezer and the freezer actually stopped working on our last night and it beeped all night long. The host didn’t to fix it when I reported it and when it couldn’t be repaired. She brought two bags of ice over asap. Some helpful advice to others considering this property would be to bring plastic cups, dishes etc to use by the pool. If you plan to cook, bring containers and/Ziploc bags to store leftovers. If you need mixing bowls and baking pans, you will need to bring those as well or get disposable ones. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We were traveling with plastic wrap, foil etc as we knew we would be staying in VRBOs and AirB&Bs for a couple of weeks. The pool is very nice. It would be helpful to have a note on how to find the switch for the lights for the pool and to let the guest know the spa jets start around 10am and run until 10 pm. We enjoyed the pool very much though. The beds were pretty comfortable and the linens and bath towels were very comfortable.

My family of 6 stayed at this pristinely maintained property recently and we were so pleased with the accommodations. This home provides a comfortable, cozy place to call home base on vacation. We enjoyed the pool and playing cards at the outdoor table and board games at the dining table inside on our down time from planned activities. This home was close to Florida attractions we explored like Busch Gardens, and Clearwater beach and the airports. The check in/out process is very straightforward and the host is readily available for communication needs during the stay. There is a grocery store and restaurants less than a 10 minute drive away which was such a convenience with kids! We would definitely book this property again in future visits to the Tampa area.
