Schöne FeWo. Leider unsauber und abgelegt. Siehe sämtliche Heizkörper. Kammer in der Küche muss aufgeräumt werden. Küche weist heftige Abnutzungen auf. Schimmel im Bad. Lage ist super und gesamte Abwicklung tadellos. Die Wohnung benunur etwas liebe und jemanden der Mal gründlicher reinigt.

Schöne kleine und gemütliche Fewo für 1-2 Personen oder ein Paar mit zwei Kindern. Für 4 Erwachsene wäre sie mir zu klein. Sehr gute Lage: 5 Minuten zum Strand.
