About this property

"Beach Villa Baabe 21-Dawn".
Our apartment is on the first floor on the ocean side and is easily accessible via the elevator.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays 10, - Euro per night.
Electricity, water and heating are included. A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150, - € rental deposit are to be paid in advance. Tourist tax must be paid locally. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.
Pets are always available for an additional charge of 20, - €.

A first look at the cozy living and dining area you can catch upon entering the apartment. The lounge area is a comfortable sofa and chair are available. A fireplace provides a romantic atmosphere and offers additional warmth in autumn or winter days.

The kitchen has everything your heart desires equipped with everything and allows you to conjure up a magical meal for your loved one. The lovingly prepared food you can eat in peace together in the bright dining area.

After an eventful day, you can fully relax in our spa with bio-sauna, corner bath and shower. Just let it all hang out and forget your worries. An extra bathroom with shower and toilet is also available.

The two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds invite a good night's sleep. Immerse yourself in your own dream world and enjoy the convenience of high-quality box spring beds. The double bed has a mattress in bed size, so there is not possible to use single sheets.

The balcony with a beautiful view of the spa facilities for beach promenade, accessible from the living and dining area. Start by relaxing in the day and enjoy a hearty breakfast in the fresh sea air.

Super Whg und Lage, Objektbetreuung mäßig

Leider musste ich der Bestätigung, dass das bestellte Wäscheparket geliefert wird, mehrfach hinterherlaufen. Das bestellte Kaminholz wurde einfach nicht geliefert und auch nicht kommuniziert! Kamin konnte also nicht genutzt werden...

Eine sehr schö e Wohnung inklusive Sauna. Strandnah gelegen, direkt gegenüber vom Spielplatz und Haus des Gastes.

Perfekte Bedingungen für eine Auszeit

Wie immer hochwertige saubere Einrichtung. Es fehlten ein paar Haushaltsgegenstände oder waren noch nicht wieder ersetzt worden, was aber gut improvisiert werden könnte. Jedenfalls zum wiederholten Male ein toller Urlaub!Wir kommen wieder

Rund um zufrieden

Wir fahren bereits seit mehreren Jahren nach Baabe, weil wir es einfach lieben. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Räumlichkeiten super ausreichend. Was für uns kein Problem war, ich aber gern ansprechen möchte, wäre die sehr sehr enge Tiefgarage. Also mit großen bzw langem Auto knapp bemessen. Wir hatten für das zweite Auto noch ein zusätzlichen Parkplatz, der sich hinterm Haus befand, angemietet. Für diesen hätte wir einen Schlüssel gebraucht, der vergessen wurde uns mit zu geben. Nur als Hinweis für die nächsten Gäste ;-) Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Wir kommen gern wieder.
