This cozy, newly renovated apartment is 48 square meters in size, bathed in natural light, and located on the first floor.
It features a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with a large picture window opening onto the covered balcony and offering a magnificent, sweeping view. On the balcony, you can wind down at the end of your vacation or simply enjoy the day and let your mind wander. The bedroom and the balcony door are equipped with fly screens.

The kitchen features a 2-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware.
A staircase leads up to the separate bedroom, which is furnished with a wardrobe, a bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, and a single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm.
The bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2025, is equipped with a mirror, hair dryer, sink, shower, and toilet.

Of course, the Dangaster Oase also includes a private parking space right next to the house.

The Edeka supermarket, café, bakery, and World Natural Heritage Portal are just a few minutes’ walk away. The DanGastQuellbad, the tourist information office, various restaurants, and, of course, the beach are also within walking distance. Even the Kurhaus, with its famous rhubarb cake, is just a few minutes away.
Varel, with its sights and pedestrian zone, is only 8 km away, and Wilhelmshaven—home to the Naval Museum and the South Beach—is just about 30 km away via the highway. Oldenburg, with its many shopping opportunities, is also only about 35 km away. You can reach Jever, home to the traditional Jever Brewery, via country roads in about half an hour.
