Fireball: Luxury loft I Spa I Workspace I Balcony

We are very excited to welcome you to our beautiful, modern loft, “FIREBALL,” in the heart of Bad Staffelstein.

Right at the entrance, next to the kitchen, you’ll find your custom-built workspace, which invites you to focus on your work in natural light while enjoying the view outside.

Across from it is an open and modern kitchen equipped with all the cooking utensils you’ll need for a dinner party or a quick meal on the go. Modern brand-name kitchen appliances and bar stools, which provide additional seating, are also available.

On the right-hand side is the living and relaxation area in a modern Scandinavian style, complete with a smart TV for maximum comfort. The loft also features Wi-Fi and Netflix, in case you want to unwind after a long day.

The box-spring bed is equipped with hotel-quality bedding and offers ultimate comfort after a long day—whether you’re traveling alone or as a couple.
The comfortable sleeper sofa in front of the TV also provides an additional sleeping option for 1–2 more guests who can stay overnight in the loft.

The brand-new bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.
Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo.

Right next to the building is a parking spot for our guests, as well as plenty of other free parking options.

The loft was designed in shades of black and white and decorated according to our exclusive color concept, with vibrant accents in orange and yellow.
