Our house can accommodate 6 adults and 3 children. We have 3 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, and 2 children’s rooms with three 90x200 cm beds and a cot. The rooms are clean, bright, stylish, and cosy.

You can park your car upon arrival and leave it there. Our house is ideally located: 200 metres (a 5-minute walk) from “Plage de la Piste,” a well-known surf spot, and a 10-minute walk from the town centre, which features restaurants, bars, bakeries, and the Saturday market. Everything is within walking or biking distance.

Our 160-square-meter house is ideal for a holiday with one large family or two small families and is a great place to relax. Enjoy a delicious meal on the terrace, go surfing, go mountain biking in the woods, take a stroll into town or to the harbour, or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset on the beach. Villa Kalifornia is the perfect base for exploring the beaches and surf spots in Les Landes. With a slide, swings, a large trampoline, and a climbing frame, the kids can burn off energy for hours in the garden.

We can give you tips on how to make the most of your stay in Capbreton. Whether it’s about dining, surfing, sports, or nightlife, we can point you in the right direction if you ask us.

We’re a family with three children under the age of 6 and have everything you need for a holiday with kids—please just ask if you need anything special.

Our villa is available during the summer (July & August). Minimum 7-night stay, bookable from Saturday to Saturday.
