About this property

Beautiful villa with swimming pool and large terraces, for 6 to 8 people

Beautiful villa with Pool, 2 storeys, with several large terraces and pergolas in Marina di Novaglie, southern Puglia. In 2017 the house was completely renovated, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It has two bathrooms and two kitchens, the apartment on the ground floor (96 m2, 4 beds) with washing machine and dishwasher and a second apartment on the first Floor, there is a very nice apartment with 64 m2 (3 to 4 beds) with a wonderful view to the sea.
In 2023 we built a beautiful swimming pool, which is for your exclusive use.

The holiday home Villa le Terrazze has a beautiful garden with secluded corners and a small forest for your exclusive use. It is very close to the beautiful sea, on a small hill, in a natural park with lots of Oxigen, far from industry and stress.

A car is recommended to appreciate the full beauty of Salento, the numerous bays and sandy beaches to explore. Easily accessible by plane to Brindisi (105km), direct night train to Lecce (63km), or on good highways and roads. Car rentals from the airport or in Lecce. It has numerous direct flights to Brindisi from many towns like London, Paris, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zurich, Geneva, Berlin, Brussels, Manchester and several times a day from Rome and Milan.

It’s a different world out of heaven and earth, sea and sun, nature and pleasure.

Beautiful

This is an absolutely beautiful place, perched high with a magnificent view. House is well looked after and had everything we could ask for, the garden is so pretty and together with the pool made us barely want to leave and explore the nearby surroundings. Communication with host was above and beyond, and we'd be thrilled to be able to go back whenever we can.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY AT VILLE LE TERRAZZE 2014

it was like a dream! When we arrived we could not believe that it would be so beautiful there. The house offered everything you might want, and the owner has a very good feeling for style and taste. it was a great pleasure to be there for all of us, from young to old. I will not forget the pleasant nights there with 100% relax. The sea in front of the villa is the cleanest I've ever seen, water is warm and an experience to swim in. We did not want to go away at the end of holiday, it was too fantastic. We are making plans to return next year.

Fablous villa, breathtaking views

Highly recommendable villa; beautifully renovated appearing new. Perfect cleaning and excellent service from owner. Great terraces with view of garden and close to 180 degrees of the Mediterranean Sea. We definitely want to come back another time.
