Bournecoast are delighted to offer TREES, a particularly large first floor apartment, forming part of an impressive house that has been thoughtfully converted into a selection of apartments. Situated in the highly sought-after, tree-lined area of Talbot Woods in Bournemouth, the property enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining conveniently close to Meyrick Park Golf Club and Bournemouth Town Centre. The apartment offers generous and well-presented accommodation throughout, creating a bright and comfortable place to stay. A particular highlight is that both bedrooms benefit from ensuite facilities, with one bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom and the other an ensuite shower room, providing added comfort and convenience for guests.
THE APARTMENT:
This apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and a modern ensuite bathroom which includes a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with Twin Beds and has a modern ensuite shower room with a toilet.
The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a bright and airy atmosphere, with a particularly spacious lounge and dining area. The lounge includes a SMART TV and there is FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
The modern kitchen is equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with two bar stools.
For added convenience there is an additional separate toilet off the hallway.
There is a communal front garden furnished with rattan chairs.
There is plenty of off road parking available in the car park for guests to use.
