That said, we appreciate your additional comments and we are sorry the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. The owner of this property does use a contracted Changeover Agent to prepare the property before each booking. We will of course provide this feedback to the company and the owner so they can make every effort to ensure the cleanliness is up to the usual standard expected for every arrival.
