The family house is located on a 400m2 fenced garden plot ,where the guests of the apartment have a private covered parking, a small garden with seating and a barbecue for shared use. The owner lives in the house.
Apartment Blu for 4 persons, with a total living area of ​​74 m2, consists of a living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view and bathroom with shower/toilet. From the living room you can access a spacious covered terrace with seating set.
