The flat is located on the 1st floor of a detached house in the suburb of Vranici in Porec, approx. 3 km from the centre and 1.5 km from the beach. The family house is located on a fenced plot of 400 m2, where guests have a small garden with garden furniture and barbecue for shared use. The landlord lives in the house, covered car park in front of the house. This holiday flat for 4 people has a living area of 74 m2 and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, and a bathroom with shower/WC. Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist Traumhaft. In der Umgebung findet man alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir konnten mit dem Auto verschiedene Tagesausflüge nach Rovinj und Pula machen.

Super hilfsbereit
Ivan & seine Frau waren super Hilfsbereit und sehr Nett. Zu beginn bekamen wir eine Flasche Wein & während des Aufenthaltes hat uns Ivan’s Frau noch Kuchen gebracht. Nach 7 Tagen haben wir nochmals frische Handtücher bekommen. Gern wieder!
