• Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £500 may be required to cover any incidental damages or extra charges during your stay.
• No Party Policy:
The property enforces a strict no-party, no-gathering policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. A violation will result in a minimum automatic charge of £2,000. Legal action may also be taken under the Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003 in cases of severe disruption.
• No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any violations will incur an additional cleaning fee of £300, which may include restoration or deodorization services.
• Damage Reporting Policy:
Guests are required to inspect the accommodation upon arrival and report any damages or missing items from the inventory within 48 hours of check-in. Failure to report may result in charges for any unreported damages discovered after the stay.
