El Moli is located on the brink of the enchanting village of Llubi, which has not yet been spoiled by tourism. Situated in the middle of the Majorcan Tuscany with view of the massive Tramuntana Mountains. The completely renovated, original house and the developed mill tower offer a unique atmosphere for a memorable holiday far from mass tourism. The living room and bedrooms offer a romantic & original, yet comfortable charm. Additional sleeping facilities can be found in the developed tower. During autumn and spring 2 fireplaces offer a cosy, warm ambiance. On the large rooftop terrace and of course from the lookout of the tower you can enjoy an unspoilt view of the village and the Tramuntana Mountains at any time of the day.
The covered veranda invites for extensive siestas and long, cosy nights with local wines.
The Mediterranean front garden with private pool is a marvellous spot to cool down.

Wundervolle Zeit in Llubi

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Es Moli! Wir wurden herzlich von Julie empfangen und waren sofort von dem wunderbaren Garten und Pool geflasht. Die Unterkunft war angenehm gekühlt und sehr sauber!Die Küche war perfekt, alles da, was man braucht. Unsere Tochter spielt Klavier und hat uns jeden Abend vorgespielt. Für uns vier eine wirklich große Unterkunft, wo auch mal jeder für sich sein konnte, wenn gewünscht.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in der Villa Es Moli

Die Lage ist perfekt da man in jede Richtung der Insel max. 45 Minuten unterwegs ist. Der Pool sowie die ganze Villa hatte für uns (4 Erwachsene) die optimale Größe, in der Einrichtung steckt sehr viel Liebe. Einzige Kritik wäre, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer mit dem Schlafsofa für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht ausreichend gekühlt hat. Ein Manko für das die Vermieter nichts können sind die Hunde der Nachbarschaft, direkt nebenan wurde fast durchgehend auch sehr oft in der Nacht gebellt. Dennoch war es wunderschön hier. Wir würden wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank :)

Wunderschöner Garten

Bestechend war für uns die Lage der Mühle, zentral auf der Insel gelegen und für Erkundungswillige ein super Standort. Genossen habe ich jeden Tag den wunderschönen gepflegten Garten und den kühlenden Pool! Wir Eltern hatten auch ein sehr gutes Bett, welches erholsamen Schlaf garantierte. Das andere Schlafzimmer, ausgestattet mit einer Schlafcouch erfüllte die Erwartungen meiner erwachsenen Kinder,18 und 22, nicht. Das Bett war leider unbequem und für 185 grosse Menschen eher ungeeignet. Wir wären gerne ausgewichen, ich hatte auch drei Schlafzimmer erwartet, konnte aber beim besten Willen die zweite beschriebene Schlafcouch nicht finden. Deshalb leider keine 5 Sterne.( für kleine Kinder aber sicherlich top geeignet)

Empfehlenswert

Gerne kommen wir wieder. Trotz der Mitte von der Insel ist man nahezu in 25 Minuten wieder in den überlaufenden Touristengebieten. Das Gebäude ist ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Der vorhandene und gepflegte Pool zur gemütlichen Zeit ein. Es war einfach traumhaft die Zeit dort verbringen zu dürfen. Dankeschön an den Vermieter, Dankeschön an die nette Frau zur Übergabe und natürlich an den Hausmeister den wir nicht gesehen haben.😀

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir haben den Urlaub in Es Moli sehr genossen, die Finca entspricht total der Beschreibung und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dafür das die Finca ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Küste entfernt liegt, ist der Top gepflegte Pool Gold wert. Die Finca hat eine neue Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung, alternativ gibt es im Ort und in der näheren Umgebung einige tolle Möglichkeiten mit der Familie essen zu gehen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer sowie die Betreuung vor Ort bei Ankunft waren super angenehm!

Super nice stay at the moli with friends!

We had a great time at the moli! It is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet area. There are plenty of places to chill, and the pool is super nice. There are only 2 rooms but one has a big bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay !

Traumurlaub

Die ehemalige Mühle entsprach der Beschreibung und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick vom Turm und von der oberen Terasse über den Ort und auf die Berge ist sensationell. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin und den freundlichen Vermietern lief immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub in Llubi

Alles im allem wunderbar, wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und Pool. Ruhige Lage und ein sehr schönes Dorf mit sehr guten Restaurants (an der Kirche). Sehr schöne Ausflugstips vom Eigentümer. Gerne wieder , bis zum nächsten mal.

El alojamiento está muy bien, en un pueblo muy bonito. Único problema, por llamarlo de alguna manera, que está más enfocado al turismo internacional que al nacional. De las 4 habitaciones en verano sólo hay 2 que son verdaderamente aprovechables, porque en las del molino hace bastante calor.

Eine perfekte Auszeit

Es war ein rund um gelungener Aufenthalt in einem fantastischen Haus in einem sehr typischen spanischen Dorf. Im Haus fühlte ich mich sofort wohl und auch mit der Verwalterin beim CheckIn verlief alles problemlos. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und ich denke, auch ich werde zum „Wiederholungstäter“ werden. Vielen Dank!

Central location, an easy drive to all spots on the island.

The grounds and pool were immaculate. We really enjoyed being outside at the pool. It was an easy walk or a short drive to restaurants and the local Patisserie which was amazing. We chose Es Moli for the central location on the island but were surprised by how quaint the city of Llubi was. The internet was spotty. Sometimes it was perfect, other times not so much. The owners gave good directions to the home and there was a local lady who spoke English to greet us and show us the home. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, quiet

The house is very original as a mill. Would be nice to see the history and some construction pictures. At arrival the house was not ready at 4pm. Cleaners needed till 6.30 to deliver the house. Pool is nice. Dont think I would come back.

Fantastic

We, a family of four with two boys (7 & 10), stayed in August. Having the pool and air conditioning was great on the hotter days and many hours were spent splashing around. The boys also loved exploring the tower. The location is great for walking into town where there are several great restaurants and bars. There is also a small supermarket and bakeries nearby. The only downside was the narrow entrance to park the car. There’s not a lot of space down the sides if you have anything other than the smallest car. However it’s nothing that a little patience and manoeuvring can’t solve. I think younger children may struggle to sleep in the tower bedrooms but ours were very happy to share one of the downstairs bedrooms. I highly recommend a stay and will be looking to stay again.

A wonderful rustic villa in peaceful setting

We have just returned from 2 weeks staying at Es Moli. The villa was perfect for our family with lots of space and an amazing beautiful garden with lovely pool. The property was very clean and well looked after. The village of Llubi is a great place with a few restaurants and local shops only a 5-10 min walk. We loved the S'austiccafe where there is a good selection of food with delicious local olives! The owners Norbert and Corinne were very quick at replying to messages with very good communication and payment was easy. I would highly recommend Es Moli. Thank you

Idyllische Ruheoase

Sehr schönes Fleckchen, um einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub auf Mallorca zu verbringen. Das Grundstücks liegt im Dorf Llubi auf einer Parzelle, die komplett umschlossen ist und auch vom Eingangstor keinen näheren Einblick bietet. Der Garten mit hübschem Pool mutet an wie ein ein kleines Paradies. Die Mühle ist ländlich rustikal eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für 4 Personen. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt 3 Aussensitze, die Terrasse zum Garten, eine hintere Terrasse mit Grill sowie die Aussichtsterrasse, die über den Turm oder eine Aussenleiter erreicht werden kann. Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter und der Empfang Vorort waren vorzüglich.

Einzigartige Unterkunft

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in Es Moli. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet, der Swimming Pool war jeden Morgen eine Erfrischung wert. Von Llubi aus konnte man die ganze Insel sehr gut erkunden. Andererseits waren wir weitab von den nervenden Touristenströmen. Sehr zu empfeohlen.

Oase für Erholungsuchende

Dies war nun unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll gestalteten Gebäude. Und als Wiederholungstäter fanden wir unser Urlaubsdomizil auch beim zweiten Mal genauso beeindruckend heimelig! ..üblicherweise entdeckt man da erst den einen oder anderen Kritikpunkt. Wir nicht. Die Lage inmitten einer sehr ländlich geprägten kleinen Ortschaft, der parkähnlich gestaltete Garten mit Pool, der abenteuerlich anmutende Mühlenturm und nicht zuletzt, die für zwei Personen grosszügige Wohnfläche sind für uns die zentralen Ankerpunkte für einen erholsamen Urlaub - fernab vom Trubel. Die wirklich ansprechenden Lokale im Ort - La Cocina (leger und familiär) - oder das Daica (gepflegt, für anspruchvolle Restaurantbesucher) erfüllen unterschiedliche Essgewohnheiten in vollem Umfang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort und auch im 12 km entfernten Inca erfüllten alle unsere Wünsche. Mehrmals ertappten wir uns beim Gedankenspiel, dieses immobile Kleinod erwerben zu wollen :-D Wir werden auf jeden Fall einen erneuten Urlaub buchen!
