Capacity for 4 people, the property has a living-dining room with air conditioning, 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning, two full bathrooms and an independent equipped kitchen. It also has an interior patio and a large furnished front terrace.

Son Serra de Marina is a small coastal town, mainly composed of low houses, a few bars and restaurants, and a small supermarket. The coastline consists of several sandy beaches, very virgin as it is a partially protected area. On its beaches, it is common to see people practising surf, kitesurf, windsurf...

We had an amazing vacation

We had an amazing vacation at her place, the location was perfect for anyone that wants to get away from the tourist crowds, which was perfect for us! Also there is a store and a cute place to eat local food near by. I would definitely recommend.

Schönes Haus in Meernähe

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Meerblick und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns gut gefallen, dass die Schlaf- und das Wohnzimmer klimatisiert waren. Der Kontakt mit dem Villasmar-Team war super! Leider war der Kühlschrank in der Küche von außen recht verrostet (von innen okay). Das sah nicht so schön aus. Außerdem hätten wir noch gerne 1- 2 kleinere Töpfe gehabt.

Le logement correspondant exactement à la description

Le logement correspondant exactement à la description. Il y a la possibilité de garer la voiture à proximité. Les vues sur la mer et les montagnes depuis les 2 terrasses sont très jolies.. Le toit-terrasse est un plus pour la vue et le linge y sèche très vite. les serviettes de plage à disposition dans la maison sont une bonne idée, un petit parasol de plage serait le combo parfait 😉 Son serra est loin de l'agitation touristique même en très haute saison ce qui est reposant et pourtant il y a tout le nécessaire à proximité (plage, restaurant, pharmacie, activités de loisirs...) c'est exactement ce que l'on cherchait ! Merci beaucoup

Séjour très agréable, quartier calme et paisible. Plage très proche même si nous n’y avons pas été. Restaurants à proximité et excellents, le logement correspond à la description et nous y avons passé une semaine idéale pour profiter des environs.

Das Haus an sich hat uns gut gefallen, es war alles da was man braucht. Super war, dass die Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer klimatisiert waren. Die Terrasse bietet Potenzial, etwas gemütlicher gestaltet zu werden. Man hat, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wird eine Aussicht zum Meer. Leider war das Meer vor Ort nicht zum Baden geeignet, was für uns sehr schade war. Trotzdem hatten wir eine angenehme Zeit und würden den Aufenthalt insgesamt als okay bewerten.

Tolles, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage mit Meerblick. Im Ort gibt es verschiedene gute, kleine Einkaufsläden und mehrere gute Restaurants die alle fußläufig erreichbar sind. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche.

Wir kamen nun schon zum 2. Mal her, da uns das Erste Mal (2020) sehr gut gefallen hat. Sehr nah am Strand (5 Min.) und direkt an der Moomba (sitzt man mega nah am Strand und kann gut essen und trinken, unsere Lieblingsbar) Einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit: Mückennetze an den Schlafzimmern anbringen. Ansonsten alles Bestens und wir kommen sicherlich wieder -)

Maison typique, très sympa et spacieuse. 2 belles terrasses. Nous avons eu l' impression d'être dans notre maison de vacances familiale. Top. Quartier calme authentique et résidentiel avec la plage accessible à pied, loin de la cohue des citées balnéaires et pourtant proche de tout. 1h de palma, 20 min d"Alcudia.

Alles war perfekt in dem geräumigen Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und sogar Badetücher für den Strand waren vorhanden. Einzigartiger Blick aufs Meer! Sandstrand nur wenige Meter entfernt. Eigener Innenhof zum Sonnen und Duschen. Ruhig gelegen, keine Hotels. Erstklassige Unterkunft, vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, war ideal, und die Gastgeber waren stets gut erreichbar und äußerst zuvorkommend. Ein früher Check-in sowie ein späterer Check-out waren problemlos möglich, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Die Wohnung war ordentlich, jedoch etwas kleiner und älter, als es auf den Fotos wirkte. Die Küchenausstattung war was Elektrogeräte angeht gut, könnte aber bei der Kochausrüstung noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Diese kleinen Details haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht negativ beeinflusst – wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub!

séjour sympathique, logement accueillant hormis les cafards mais la réaction de l'agence a été très rapide . 1h30 après l'envoi du mail quelqu'un est venu nous mettre des pièges dans la maison . à notre arrivée nous avions à disposition des boissons ainsi que du gel douche et du shampoing ce petit détail est appréciable

Son Serra de Marina est une station balnéaire tranquille

Son Serra de Marina est une station balnéaire tranquille, du moins en mai où l’on entend plus parler allemand, anglais qu’espagnol. Il y a des commerces : 2 supérettes, 1 pharmacie et de très bons restaurants tels que le BONAMAR (qui vous acceptera même si vous arrivez après 21h). Pour ce qui est de la maison, nous avons apprécié le lave-linge et la terrasse sur le toit pour le séchage. Nous n’avons pris que nos petits déjeuners et un dîner. A noter que le toaster mériterait d’être remplacé. Ce serait plus digne d’un superhost. Problème de calcaire dans les pièces d’eau, robinetterie, bac douche etc… Le plain-pied ainsi que les 2 terrasses apportent un confort indéniable. Encore merci pour les boissons et les gâteaux que nous avons trouvés dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Nous vous recommanderons.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Leider war es zu der Jahreszeit sehr kalt und das Haus verfügt über keine Heizkörper. Wir haben auf Anfrage und Bezahlung dann sofort die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage, die auch heizt, sowie zusätzlich Decken, erhalten. Das Haus war sauber. Die Küche hat leider nach stärkerem Regen etwas nach Ausguss gerochen. Insgesamt könnte die Küche etwas besser an Töpfen und Pfannen ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten ist alles da.
