Welcome to the Merry Mariner!

We are located steps away from the beach! 100 feet to the beach boardwalk!

We are an end unit at Mariners Watch! We are also a short stroll on the beach to the Sanctuary!

This is our only rental so you will get my undivided attention from start to finish of your stay!
Fun facts about our condo:

-Newly professionally decorated
-Front door reserved parking to our unit
-Bedroom has king size bed with a Smart TV
-Full size bathroom with shower and bathtub-dont we all like a relaxing bath after being on the beach all day!
-Full size kitchen fully stock with everything you could possibly need!
-Queen sleeper sofa( comfortably sleeps 2 ) in the den with a Smart TV
-Amazing screened in porch where you can hear the tranquil sounds of the ocean while relaxing with coffee or your favorite adult beverage!
-Next door to the Night Heron Park! It has a market, bowling, arcade, restaurant, bar, basketball court, playground, art classes, ect. It’s every kids( and adults!) dream place to be!

* Like all rental properties on Kiawah through rental agencies or owners-you will not have pool access but who needs a pool when the beach is truly 100 steps from our unit!!!!!

Whether you coming to Kiawah to play golf, tennis, fish, kayak or just to relax on the beach- the Merry Mariner is sure to be the perfect fit for you and I can wait to welcome you as our guest!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Merry Mariner and can’t wait to return! Our host was very responsive, and the villa was beautiful, well appointed, convenient and comfortable - perfect stay at out favorite place!

Would stay again. It was great for 2 people. Enjoyed sitting on the porch. The location was great. Three minute walk to beach so easy. Bed was comfortable. AC worked so good.

Property was quaint. Perfect for a couples getaway. Property is not beach facing but only a few steps to the beach. We had a family of 4. It’s doable but can feel a little small with a family of 4. We would definitely stay here again. Casey’s communication was great to make the check in process easy.

We loved our weekend in this villa and hope to return! Perfect location: you’re steps away from the beach and a short walk to the Sanctuary and The Nest for breakfast, coffee, or snacks. The villa itself was updated and comfortable with everything you need for a memorable weekend away on Kiawah! Casey was quick to keep me updated and was there for any questions or concerns. We will be back!

Bring your K-cups, enjoy your coffee on the screen porch listening to the ocean. For myself and my wife, this was the perfect weekend get away. The condo has been remodeled with a super nice bathroom/shower. Kitchen/living area combo is well furnished and very clean. Master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed.. The walk to the beach is easy and short. There is an outdoor shower on the beach path. Host was very nice and very responsive. Main gate to Kiawah had computer issues and host resolve the issue in minutes. Rent bikes and enjoy the island or layout on the beach. Night Heron park is really close with great lunch food and a bowling alley adjacent with the sport lounge. We love Kiawah in the late summer-early fall season. No complaints here.

Great communication with the owners , responsive and thoughtful! The condo was a perfect location if you want to hear the ocean but not take a beating from the summer heat. You’ll hear the occasional traffic from the path which weaves through the development to the ocean but even in July, it’s nominal. We had thunderstorms during our stay and the screened porch of this corner unit was most enjoyable to watch the storms, smell the rain and still hear the ocean’s roar with the birds and bugs of the grove chiming in. The interior is decorated nicely, a subtle beach vibe, not trendy or “busy” which is a big plus to me. I don’t take pictures inside the places I stay, but it was “as pictured”. We’ll definitely stay here again if the availability and our travel plans align!
