The oldest city in the United Sates of America. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in living room. Linens are provided for both beds. The property includes one on site parking space where the sign is located. There is additional street parking. A grill and two top table with chairs are located underneath the stair case that leads you to the apartment upstairs. We invite you to enjoy morning coffee or brunch at the two person high top table and chairs tucked under the majestic live oak tree just outside the front door. You will find the use of the Keurig, drip coffee maker, as well as an electric kettle for the French press or hot tea. K cups are provided for the Keurig along with sugars and creamers. Enjoy your evening happy hour out on the balcony with cushioned chairs and cocktail tables for those delicious frozen drinks you can make using the blender which is located in the bar next to the refrigerator. Though the kitchen may be compact, it is stocked for all your cooking needs. The full size stackable washer dryer is just behind the entrance to the apartment in the kitchen. We provide a full set of bath room towels, washcloths, hand towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also, in the bathroom there is a blow dryer, make up removers, and first aid kit should any of these items be needed. Beach towels are provided should you decide to go to one of our many beaches. Should you find the need for an iron and iron board you can find those in the spacious closet which conveniently has an outlet right next to the cabinet the iron is stored. There are many dining options within a block and many more restaurants and attractions just a short stroll to all Historic St. Augustine has to offer.
