The cottage was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. It was a great location as it was close to the main roads but set in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was charming, beautifully decorated, super clean and conveniently located just 2 blocks from the hop on hop off trolley, old jail, fountain of youth etc. We only had a couple of questions but the host answered immediately. We would definitely book this location again.

Very nice updated home in a great location. Close to historic St. Augustine and Vilano Beach. Kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very nice. Being a pet-friendly VRBO made it a real winner for us. Would certainly stay again.

This 2/1 was everything we needed. From the adorable decor to the fenced in backyard for our pups to the 19-minute walk to the downtown St. Augustine area, it was perfect and comfortable. There is a little coffee shop right down the street, literally 450 feet from the front door, that I walked to every morning. The Fountain of Youth is 700 feet away. Great spot that made the last stretch of our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Sometimes it’s easy to criticize certain things about staying in someone’s home. This property is very close to being perfect. If anything you could say the beds are a little small but they were still comfortable which isn’t the case in many places. Experienced very quick communication with Justin regarding checking in 3 hours early which wasn’t a problem as home was ready for us.

From the moment, we pulled in the driveway, we fell in love with the house and neighborhood. Inside, the house is spotless and adorable with comfortable beds and chairs. Neighborhood is quiet and you are very close to downtown. There are 2 chairs on the front porch and a lovely fenced yard out back through the screened porch. Communication with the host was excellent, incredibly quick and I sincerely felt he wanted to be sure we had a wonderful experience- which we did! We look forward to visiting again.

Great house!

Myself, my daughter & her 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this adorable house. Everything was just as described. Location was perfect & so was the house. Cant wait to come back!

Magnolia House

We loved our stay at the Magnolia house. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to the downtown area and the bridge that goes over to Vilano beach.

Close to everything but quiet and comfy

Enjoyed our couple's stay! Would've liked a TV in the second bedroom but that was a minor detail. Owner was quick to answer questions. Quaint and homey special attention to detail.

Beautiful house. fully fenced backyard, perfect for dogs, which i dont think was mentioned in the listing or shown in pictures. Perfect location minutes from all the attractions in St augustine. Has both keurig and a regular coffee pot (always a stressful question for me). We had one small issue where the electronic lock jammed and we were locked out of the house. But i think that was a freak accident and Gerald our host helped resolve the situation. It was still stressful so that is the reason for the 4 stars. It probably honestly deserves all 5.
