The very modern and high-quality furnished apartment is located on the 7th floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 American kitchen, as well as a large terrace with great sea views and views of the mountains. There is a large pool area in the very well-kept complex. The building is located directly opposite the famous Hard Rock Hotel Playa Paraiso. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation in beautiful surroundings. It is only a few steps away from a beautiful beach. The newly built La Rosa shopping mall is less than a 5-minute walk away, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and everything you need for the perfect vacation is nearby. A small mobile air conditioning unit is also available.
