Newly renovated, modern Apartment in top location, just 5 minutes walk to the cityExpress Ski-lift station where you enter the skiing-paradise "Schmittenhöhe".

The city center of Zell am See and the lake are both just a 5 minutes´ walk from the apartment.

The Apartment is located on the first floor of the building with 2 other apartments (Mozart 1 and 3). Perfect for bigger groups who want to stay in the same building yet want their own space.

The apartment offers a perfect location if you want to be central, but in a quiet part of Zell am See.

Room layout:
- 2 bedrooms with doublebed
- livingroom with double sleeper couch and open kitchen
- bathroom with WC

Additionally:
- Parking spaces are available in front of the building

Smoking and pets are not permitted in the Apartment.
