Nous vous invitons à profiter de notre "Surfside Sandcastle" joliment meublé. Sunbird 208W est un condo en front de mer au deuxième étage et il est si pratique pour la plage! C'est un plan d'étage Sunbird Deluxe 'B' très recherché! Voir la plage de chaque pièce! Dormez au son des vagues de la chambre principale du Coastal Escape qui s'ouvre sur le balcon surplombant le golfe du Mexique. Montez sur le balcon pour une vue magnifique sur le sable et la mer. Couchers de soleil spectaculaires! Entourez-vous avec l'expérience totale de la plage de près et personnelle. Cette belle propriété d'une chambre, une salle de bains peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes dans un lit king-size de luxe et un canapé-lit queen confortable. On se voit à la plage!

Détendez-vous sur le canapé de la grande pièce ou installez-vous confortablement dans le confortable fauteuil en cuir du salon. Détendez-vous avec l'un de nos «livres de plage» ou profitez de la télévision, des chaînes stéréo et des lecteurs DVD / magnétoscopes à votre guise. Vous pouvez même "surfer par le surf" avec un accès Internet haut débit gratuit!

Lorsque vous louez notre magnifique condo, vous pouvez être sûr de l'endroit où vous séjournerez. Notre famille possède et gère 8 condos à Sunbird. Si celui-ci est réservé, signalez-le-nous et nous pouvons vous aider à en choisir un autre pour vos vacances. Les grands groupes familiaux préfèrent louer plusieurs condos pour les réunions de famille afin que tout le monde puisse être ensemble tout en gardant un peu d'intimité.

Le décor côtier fantaisiste de la chambre à coucher principale de la résidence principale est décontracté et invitant. Vous vous sentirez détendu dès votre arrivée. Bien sûr, la chambre est en front de mer avec une vue fabuleuse sur la plage et l'océan. En raison de notre emplacement au deuxième étage, c'est presque comme dormir sur la plage! La chambre a aussi une grande télévision à écran plat.

Notre cuisine gastronomique moderne et modernisée comprend des plans de travail en granit, des armoires en chêne, une gamme haut de gamme lisse, un ensemble four à micro-ondes / hotte aspirante et tout le nécessaire pour préparer un snack-bar ou un repas gastronomique. Vous apprécierez également notre vaisselle nautique.

La salle de bain a un combo baignoire / douche avec un massage de douche à main et une vanité simple. Un sèche-cheveux est fourni pour votre commodité.

Obtenez à la plage rapidement! Ce condo est à quelques pas de la plage. Juste un escalier facile depuis le niveau du sol, sans attendre l'ascenseur!

Sunbird est une communauté fermée comprenant trois piscines, des terrasses ensoleillées, un court de tennis, un jeu de palets, un centre de remise en forme sur place et des barbecues sur charbon de bois pour les repas au bord de la piscine. Les restaurants et les attractions sont situés à proximité. Il suffit de marcher à côté du mondialement célèbre Pineapple Willy's pour déguster des côtes levées au barbecue ou des fruits de mer, et savourer un délicieux dîner au coucher du soleil depuis sa jetée ou en faire une gâterie!

Great little one bedroom place very very conveniently located! Easy to get to from the parking lot, just 1 floor up the stairs or by elevator. Elevators are quick! Room has a sleeper sofa and was comfortable. Recliner was comfortable and king bed was too. Bathroom is very small but that didn’t seem to bother us. Loved all the windows so we could see the ocean everywhere. Great experience with management company.

We have stayed at Sunbird multiple times. This unit is by far the best we have stayed in. It fit us perfectly. There was a little hiccup with the door code at check in but quickly resolved, the host stayed on the phone with me while it was being resolved. We were able to park our trailer this time for bike week which was a huge plus. So thank you to Sunbird Resort for that. We love Sunbird!

I really liked that the beach was right outside the condo, and that we were on the 2nd floor. The view was amazing, loved sitting on the balcony. It was in very close proximity to a lot of things. The condo could definitely use some updating. For the price I paid for the stay, it would be nice to have some beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach, because paying 55/day for that was not feasible. Also, some beach towels would have been nice. When flying, you only have so much room to pack things. The bathroom needs some hooks and racks in there, there was no place to hang our towels after using them. It would have been nice to have more outlets, or extension cords in the bedroom to plug our devices in as well. A few extra trash bags would have been nice as well. I would rate the whole stay probably a 7.5/10. It worked for what we needed, but could use some improvements.

First off, the communication with the host was excellent, from the time I made the reservation, through check-in, during my stay, and check-out!Security on the gate was first rate. I had prepaid for my parking and guest bracelet and they were able to pull up my information quickly.The view of the beach from this second floor unit is excellent. Since it's on a lower floor the sound of the surf and constant breeze were very refreshing.Even though it is next door to Pineapple Willie's, I had no issues with external noises. Just close both patio doors and it is silent and peaceful inside.Access to the room is great being close to the stairs and only one flight up.As for the unit itself, I prefer the West Tower. It is as pictured and had everything I needed for my trip. It was clean and had a good "starter kit" for my stay which lasted for my entire short trip of 4 days. But I "needed" this trip and it was more than sufficient for my needs. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.Honestly - while I was a solo traveler, I could see a couple very comfortable here, and maybe a couple with a couple of small children. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

25th Anniversary

Our stay at the property was wonderful! However, check in was at 5 PM but did not receive the check-in approval until 5:21PM. The condo and location was beautiful! The only issue we had was the bed seemed to be leaning so we did not have great sleep. We did enjoy everything within the condo and the property.

Wonderful stay

Our host quickly responded to questions. The condo is in a great location. It & the grounds are secure & clean. There are several restaurants & shops within walking distance. The beach wasn't crowded like other areas. They have 3 pools for the days we weren't able to get in the ocean due to weather conditions.

This was a nice small one bedroom condo but that’s all we needed. Clean except bathroom floor was a little dirty but i wiped it up. Wished it had a regular coffee pot but not a big deal. The view was great and pineapple willie’s is next door. There was a mix up at first when going to get parking pass but was quickly corrected. Had a great time , would recommend this place

Property really needs to be updated. The room smelled like urine when we first arrived. Toilet would not flush, we had Maintenace come out. They arrived very quickly and were super nice. Very nice view. Overall room was great size for 2 people.

Broken bed/not clean

The location of this property was great. It's right on the beach. The condo itself was bad. The king size bed was broken, it sloped to one side making it feel like you were sleeping on a hill. None of the doors in the condo shut. The refrigerator I guess was missing a leg because it was broken and rocked when you opened it. We had 4 people staying 4 nights and only had 4 towels and 4 wash cloths to take a shower with. Towels were not on the list of what you may need to bring. Also the toilet had feces on it under the rim. There was hair all over the bathroom and all over the bed that was supposed to be cleaned. There was mold in all of the air vents and it smelled like mold in the condo.

We were very pleased with our condo and all the amenities at the property. We would have given all 5 stars, except the check-in process was a bit confusing. It would be extremely confusing for most. The condo itself was nice, maybe a bit dated. The only issue, but it is a beach front, was the floors upon arrival still had quite a bit of sand all over them. Also after walking barefooted through the house the bottoms of our feet were black. Our daughter struggles with asthma so I do pay attention to things a bit more than most. The air vents were quite dusty and some mold in the bathroom vent. However, we would absolutely stay here again and understand these things happen.
