This home's floor plan features ocean views from every room-including the bedroom! It's one of the biggest floor plans in Sunbird with the most beach frontage. It's the only floor plan with a king main bedroom overlooking the BEACH! Why settle for anything less?!

Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass which is included with your rental. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

We take special care to wipe down everything in bathrooms and kitchens. All doorknobs, faucets, towel bars, countertops, tables and light switches are sanitized. Our laundry professionally laundered with high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything just to be sure nothing was missed.
