Totalmente renovado en 2013 y justo en la playa. Bellamente decorado con una decoración tropical para usted. Cada ventana revela una hermosa vista al mar. Disfrute de una taza de café en el balcón privado mientras observa a los delfines, y luego relajarse con una bebida fría como la puesta de sol se funde en el agua. Calme su alma con la brisa del mar y la espuma del mar.

Lujoso dormitorio king size, sala de estar, comedor y cocina completa, recién redecorado para usted. Dos sillas de playa y un paraguas se proporcionan con esta unidad desde mediados de marzo hasta mediados de octubre. The balcony views were stunning! Check in was so easy, and access to the beach was perfect. The hostess was in contact with us several times before our stay to give directions and advice. The condo was lovely, and perfect for two adults wanting a relaxing vacation right on the beach.

Denise was a wonderful host. She went to great lengths on short notice to make sure we’d be comfortable when the building’s air conditioning broke down, something out of her control. Thanks to her quick thinking and resourcefulness, our room stayed nice and cool during our stay. Beautiful condo as well, great ocean views. And every appliance you might need is in the kitchen. Would love to stay again

Fabulous View!

We had a fantastic stay at this Panama City condo! The unit was spotless and well-kept, and the views were absolutely stunning, every window and the balcony offered a perfect view of the ocean. One of the best parts was the location; being right next to Pineapple Willy’s was super convenient, especially since we didn’t rent a car. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Wonderful experience! Great location, condo was nice and well stocked. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for the extremely small bathroom and the bedding. The mattress is worn out and badly needs replacing.

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed our stay! Denise was amazing, our flight was early and she was very accommodating. The condo was perfect for just the two of us. We prefer a firmer mattress and know that is not for everyone, so we managed. Everything else was perfect, especially the beach service! Thank you!😊

Absolutely wonderful with breathtaking views

Where to begin… From the moment I booked our stay, the owner Denise responded immediately to all questions I had. Communication is a 10/10! Check in was just as described and super easy. When we arrived, we were greeted with a snack basket and some delicious fresh home baked cookies from the housekeeper Sandy. The condo has everything you need. It was clean and very cozy! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal. The refrigerator has a built in ice maker which is also a plus. The views from the balcony from sunrise to sunset are breathtaking and absolutely beautiful! The property is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants all around in walking distance. The beach chairs and umbrella are also a wonderful bonus. Just go to the “beach guys”, tell them where and who you’re staying with and your chairs will be waiting for you each day ready to enjoy the beach. We have enjoyed our stay so much that I booked our return for next summer while we were still there. I think that speaks for itself!! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and had zero complaints and fell in love with the property. Until next year …. 😊

Absolutely amazing view and patio.

The views are amazing. The beach is fabulous. Having the lounge chairs and umbrella included amazing. Bed is very comfortable.

Clean but dated

The condo was very clean, well stocked, quiet and the view was amazing. The only complaint we have is the furniture. It is very dated and not extremely comfortable. The bed was fine as long as you don’t move. Then it wobbled a bit. Overall, it was fine for what we needed.

This was exactly what we needed! Fully outfitted, beautiful view, convenient location. We enjoyed beach walks, a visit to the local Center for the Arts, a romantic dinner at Lulu’s on our last evening. Denise was so accommodating. We left refreshed and relaxed….and reminded how much we like each other.😉

Amazing in every way.

This is just what my vacation Dr. ordered. The View, The View, The View. Pictures do not do it justice. The floor to ceiling windows made for a full panoramic view of the beach. It was clean and cozy with little lovely details. Had to call owner to get gate codes. Denise was responsive and quick when needed.

500 feet of beach front space
At some of the large condo developments the building is large, but the beach frontage is small. Guest are packed into a small area. Not at the Sunbird, there is plenty of beach space to play on.

Low rise complex
12 floors in a tower with 2 elevators, no standing in line forever waiting for an elevator

Parking
Parking is directly outside the building, not in a parking deck across the street.

Incredible views
With the unique floor plans at the Sunbird, every window is a delightful view of the ocean. The balconies are positioned so you are not staring directly at another room, you are facing out to sea.

Many attractions and activities are within easy walking distance. The house used for filming Floribama Shores (MTV series) is a few house up the street.
