The house is located in a small vacation complex with 32 colorful Swedish-style houses.
It sits on a 270 m² lot and has approximately 60 m² of living space. A small outbuilding can accommodate garden furniture as well as two bicycles.
The house is heated with electric radiators and, thanks to its good insulation, is also suitable for winter stays. Electricity usage will be billed before departure.
Lake Userin, with a beautiful swimming area, playground equipment, and a dock for boats, is located in the immediate vicinity. There is also a dock belonging to the vacation village. Nude swimming is permitted here.
Motorboats are not allowed on Lake Userin.
The lake is entirely part of the Müritz National Park.
There is a parking lot at the entrance to the grounds, so vehicle traffic is kept off-site.
Vehicles may only enter the grounds for loading and unloading upon arrival or departure.
There is a playground for the little ones, as well as a multipurpose sports facility and table tennis tables for all guests.
Canoes can be rented on-site from the manager.
Bed linens and high chairs for children are also available by prior arrangement with the manager.
In Userin, there is a small corner store for daily necessities.
You can do your big grocery shopping in Neustrelitz, the county seat, which is about 7 km away.
There’s also a good selection of restaurants there.
The peaceful, unspoiled natural surroundings invite you to take long bike rides on trails—some of which are in excellent condition—as well as hikes through woods and fields.
With a little luck, you can spot the mighty white-tailed eagle and the osprey from the house’s terrace.
The crane population is particularly high in this area. Their loud, trumpeting calls can be heard as early as the morning.
Given the wide range of opportunities for nature and wildlife observation, we recommend bringing a pair of binoculars.
