This cottage has attracted campers and hikers as it is situated nearby to some of the most beautiful hiking spots in the country! It is also situated within one hour of Maine and NH’s gorgeous ocean beaches! It offers 3-bedrooms, a lovely screened in sleeping porch and is equipped with three kayaks, two paddle boards, and a canoe on site. Although this lakefront cottage situated among the tall pines is quite basic, it offers so much magic. Fall in love with Wolfeboro and enjoy the all this cottage has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This cottage has been in my family for 6 generations! It was dragged over the lake on the ice by oxen! It came from a location about 2 miles away in the 1890s!

What makes this property unique

It’s 125 years old and much of the cottage is original! The view is unique and just magical.
