This 48-square-meter vacation rental offers everything you need to feel right at home for up to 5 people.
The decor is stylish and modern, and the living area is flooded with light thanks to the adjoining balcony.
The beach and the boardwalk are just a short walk from the vacation rental.

Anyone vacationing in the Baltic Sea resort of Dahme can enjoy a thoroughly relaxing stay in the Bräuer family’s vacation rental.

The living room/bedroom is furnished with a corner couch, a coffee table, a TV, a wardrobe, and a double bed (160×200). Guests also have access to the furnished balcony from the living-bedroom.

The separate bedroom features two single beds (80×200), a wardrobe, a nightstand, and a TV. In the modern kitchen, guests can enjoy convivial meals at the table with four chairs.

The Bräuer family’s vacation apartment also features a new bathroom (renovated in 2019) with a shower and toilet. The hallway is equipped with a coat rack, a shoe cabinet, and a mirror.

Special features of this vacation rental:

An underground parking space, number 308.
One dog is welcome by arrangement.
Wi-Fi access is available to guests.

The vacation complex includes its own swimming pool with a children’s pool as well as a solarium.

Die Wohnung ist an sich schön, man merkt das die Besitzer sich Gedanken gemacht haben. Was für uns jedoch fehlt ist entweder ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise, da die Abendsonne komplett in die Wohnung fällt und diese sehr aufwärmt. Ohne Schatten kann man kaum auf dem Balkon sitzen. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut, dass Haus sehr ruhig und alle Gäste waren sehr nett miteinander. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, man muss ordentlich kurbeln und hoffen das alle mittig stehen sonst klappt es nicht. Aus der Tiefgarage gibt es KEIN Treppenhaus, man muss Fahrstuhl fahren. Knauff könnte noch ergänzen das es Hausnummer 11C ist.

Modern und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Überall süße Details und Bilder. Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hochwertige Möbel. Liegt optimal zum Strand. Eine Katastrophe ist das Parken in der Tiefgarage. Der Parkplatz ist viel zu eng. Selbst mit eingeklappten Spiegel war das Vorwärtsparken nicht möglich. Schrammen am Spiegel und Tür. Service im Büro super nett! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit????

Das Parkhaus ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben schon ein nicht so großes Auto aber man kann kann kaum einsteigen bez aussteigen und einparken ohne Gefahr zu laufen sich das Fahrzeug zu ruinieren.Auch muss man immer damit rechnen das Dellen durch andere Mieter entstehen. Das Parkhaus ist völlig hinter der Zeit alles viel zu eng. Die Parklücken müssen dringend breiter gemacht werden und damit auf den heutigen Standard gebracht werden. Das Haus ist gut aber wir würden nur noch mit einem Parkplatz draußen buchen.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio

Schöne Wohnung

Wohnung ist etwas kleiner ausgefallen als wir es nach den Bildern erwartet hatten. Aber man hat alles was man braucht , Schwimmbad im Haus ist super und man erreicht in Dahme alles Fußläufig von Strand und Promenade bis hin zu Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkhaus ist super-Das Auto steht sicher :)
