The open living and dining area flows seamlessly into a chef's kitchen appointed with lava stone countertops, custom cabinetry, and premium Viking appliances. A split-bedroom layout offers comfort and privacy, while the spacious primary suite features oversized closets and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub and rain shower. An additional home office / guest room, tucked behind a glass door, offers a quiet space for remote work.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application. Associated fees total approximately $2,220, which includes application processing, credit check, move-in fees, and a $1,000 refundable move-in deposit.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Please note that weekly/bi-weekly mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $175 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.
