Located just a short drive from Malibu Beach and Los Angeles, this home is conveniently close to schools and local shopping centers. The garage is not included as it serves as a private art studio separate from the house. The property is also available for short-term lease.

Guest access
"Guests have access to the entire house, including the backyard and all balconies. The only area not available is the garage in the basement, which serves as the owner's art studio. This space is separate from the main house."

Other things to note
"There is street parking available in front of the house. For loading and unloading, guests are welcome to use the driveway in front of the Host studio. If the stay is longer than 2 days or guest need to park there all the time they can message the host!
