The cosy holiday home "Villetta Palma" in Arzachena is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a small reading area and a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, one of which is in the daylight basement, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a TV as well as a washing machine.
Your private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace and a covered terrace which are ideal for dinners or aperitifs with a lovely view. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and a tennis court, is also available for your use.
The Cala Bitta port can be easily reached on foot and the centre of Baja Sardinia is 1.5 km away. The property is ideally located in the north of Sardinia, close to the island's most beautiful beaches.
A parking space is available on the property.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed and there is no air conditioning or Wi-Fi.
