About this property

Casa Catalina - breathtaking views, relaxation between sea and nature. A/C

Spectacular view of the La Maddalena Archipelago. A place immersed in the greenery of junipers and wild olive trees, in an exclusive, private and silent residential area. You will be just a few steps from our beautiful beaches, places of art, historical culture and food and wine of our land. Also perfect as a place to rest after a nice evening in the various clubs on the coast. I invite you to enjoy it in the best possible way.

Casa Catalina is a family villa from the 70s on two levels, a tribute from my father Giovanni to my mother Caterina. It stands in a strategic point on the Laconia promontory, a few minutes from the center of Cannigione and well connected to various places of interest.

You will have the entire panoramic apartment on the upper floor at your disposal, with double independent access from the garden, the entrance from the dining room and from the terrace.

What you will find:
- covered terrace with panoramic view of the Gulf of Cannigione, Caprera Island and La Maddalena Island;
- large, bright, welcoming and airy interiors as follows: 3 double bedrooms, capacious wardrobes, study/work corner with desk and possibility of having a screen upon reservation, reading and relaxation corners, 2 spacious bathrooms (1 with bathtub and 1 with shower), sea view living room with natural terracotta flooring, equipped kitchen and dining room, windows with shutters in the sleeping area equipped with mosquito nets;
- Outdoors with reserved and sheltered parking spaces, large solarium, barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water.
- Use of washing machine and free Wi-Fi.

What we provide* free extra: cleaning detergents, kitchen and hand soap, toilet paper, bags for separate waste collection, kindness and hospitality.

Older home with great views

Pros: Great location; wonderful views; close to excellent cafes and restaurants. Very private (owner's parents live in ground floor apartment). Cons: Lacked wifi (had to purchase modem). Water supply ran out after over a week and had to wait half a day for fill up. The host does respond in a timely manner but we didn't understand each other due to language barrier. There was a dog that looked and sounded like it was dying outside the front door the entire stay. It was very depressing.

Abbiamo apprezzato sia il luogo, silenzioso e immerso nella natura come piace a noi, sia gli spazi ampi della casa. La vista dalla terrazza è davvero spettacolare. Bersi un buon caffè davanti a quel panorama è il miglior buongiorno che ci potessimo dedicare. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

La maison a une décoration assez vieille et sans charme mais avec une terrasse et une vue imprenable sur le golfe Le propriétaire semble sympathique mais nous a harcelé pour récupérer des frais pour les draps et les serviettes alors que c’était inclus dans notre prix et voulait même nous prendre 50 euros pour une poubelle mal triée

Bel appartement avec terrasse avec vue sur mer exceptionnelle

Super séjour dans cette location aux grandes pièces à la décoration années 70 ! Michele a répondu à toutes nos demandes rapidement et petit plus nous a apporté des produits du jardin ! Le grand atout de cet appartement au sein d'une maison est l'immense terrasse avec une vue magnifique.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der geräumigen und Wohnung, dem schönen Balkon und der unüberbietbar herrlichen Sicht auf das Meer und den Golf von Arzachena. Michele war ein charmanter und stets freundlicher Gastgeber, der auf entsprechende Bitte auch notwendige Nachbesserungen vornahm. Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft leider nicht sauber, die Warmwasserversorgung funktionierte nicht. Alle kritischen Fragen konnten aber mit Michele einvernehmlich geklärt werden. Insgesamt denken wir sicher noch lange und gerne an unseren Aufenthalt zurück.

Geräumige FeWo im Nord-Osten Sardiniens

Für unseren 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt auf Sardnien die perfekte Lage. Geräumige Wohnung mit besonderem Charme. Das Frühstück auf der Terasse mit Blick auf die Bucht, kann nicht schöner sein. Michele ist ein guter Gastgeber und hat alles getan, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Stets nache Motto, sollte was nicht passen, wird es passend gemacht.

Spectacular View

Spectacular view that never disappoints. Traditional villa with quaint furnishings and decor. The host, Michelle was helpful and available as needed. Michelle’s father, who lives below, is a kind and lovely man who offered homemade liquors and fresh salad. He never interfered but rather was a pleasant bonus! You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes or by car in 2 minutes. Be prepared the home does not have central AC or window units. It offers fans and one portable small “swamp cooler” which basically functions as a fan. Overall charming home with quirks that offers a spectacular view and quick beach access.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus an toller Lage

Sehr geräumiges, gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus an leicht erhöhter Lage mit grosszügiger, überdachter Terrasse, die einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Cannigione bietet. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung finden sich mit Tanca Manna und Mannena zwei sehr schöne Strände (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Das Städtchen Cannigione bietet einiges an kulinarischen Angeboten und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Zudem eignet es sich dank seiner zentralen Lage an der Costa Smeralda für Tagesausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen, so zum La-Maddalena-Archipel (Nationalpark) mit seinen Traumbuchten oder an die Strände von Capriccioli und Grande Pevero. Diese Destinationen sind mit dem Auto in rund einer halben Stunde erreichbar, ebenso Örtlichkeiten wie Palau oder Porto Cervo. Selbst die bekannten Strände von San Teodoro erreicht man in gut einer Stunde, wenn man genug früh aufsteht. Gastgeber Michele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er verfügt auch über verschiedene Kontakte für kulinarische Entdeckungen. Da wir auf das Internet angewiesen waren und er Probleme mit seinem Provider hatte, installierte er uns kurzerhand einen W-Lan-Router mit 4G, mit dem wir gut über die Runden kamen. Der ganze Aufenthalt war absolut unkompliziert. Das Einzige, was uns (aber auch den Einheimischen) etwas zu schaffen machte, war die enorme Hitze während des grössten Teils unseres Aufenthalts. Tagsüber war es kein Problem, aber die hohen Temperaturen beeinträchtigten die Schlafqualität. Wie Michele uns versichert hat, wird er aber demnächst Air condition installieren. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Sardinienaufenthalt auf jeden Fall gerne wieder an diesen Ort zurückkehren.

Spaziosa e panoramica, immersa nel verde.

La casa è molto bella, con mobili preziosi, i padroni di casa sono molto disponibili e gentili, la vista è strepitosa e la veranda è stupenda, la casa risulta comoda e spaziosa . Le delizie dell'orto danno un valore aggiunto e un sapore di Sardegna in più, grazie .
