Eine schöne, praktische Wohnung mit dem Luxus einer Spülmaschine sowie einem Herd mit Backofen. Außerdem lässt sie sich gut sauber halten, da einfach Laminatboden verlegt ist. Das ist bei Surfern, die auch schon mal etwas Sand von außen mitbringen, sehr praktisch. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer haben gute Matratzen. Die Lage in der Nähe der Lemkenhafener Surfbucht ist prima. Die Terasse ist gemütlich und praktisch mit einem Törchen zu Wiese und Parkplatz abgetrennt. Der darüberliegende Balkon ist dicht, so dass man auch bei Regen etwas einigermaßen trocken dicht an dem Terasseneingang abstellen kann.
