ELMAU VACATION APARTMENT<br>FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT INVITES YOU TO ENJOY COZY MOMENTS<br><br>The “Elmau” vacation apartment in our Landhaus zum Hoariger spans 175 m² and occupies the entire first floor of the house, accommodating up to 8 people. The apartment’s exceptionally high-quality and stylish furnishings were personally selected by the hosts. The extensive amenities provide everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The large, modern living area features a spacious sofa arrangement perfect for relaxing, a TV, and an electric fireplace that creates a particularly cozy atmosphere.<br>There’s also a high-tech kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances that make cooking a real pleasure. Thanks to the large windows, the living area offers a view of the expansive garden and also lets in plenty of light. The apartment features four bedrooms—three with large box-spring double beds and one with a comfortable sleeper sofa.<br>All bedrooms are equipped with a large closet and an additional TV. The “Elmau” vacation apartment also features two bathrooms: one with a shower, a bathtub with an integrated whirlpool, a toilet, and a bidet, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a guest restroom available. Another special feature of this apartment is its private garden area and several terraces with patio furniture and lounge chairs, all facing exclusively southwest.<br><br>Pets are allowed for an additional fee. <br>Upon request, we can provide cribs and high chairs for an additional fee. <br><br>THE WELLNESS AREA<br>TREAT YOURSELF TO A BREAK FOR BODY AND SOUL.<br>After a long day in the mountains or when the weather is bad, you can relax and unwind in our on-site wellness area. In addition, our fitness area offers you the opportunity to stay active. In a private atmosphere, you can fully focus on your body and mind during your vacation.<br>Our 70-square-meter wellness and fitness area offers a variety of ways to unwind and do something good for your body. You’ll find a Finnish sauna, a steam room, and an infrared cabin, followed by a relaxation area with loungers and a water fountain. From there, a staircase leads directly to the large garden area, which invites you to linger. The entire wellness area features a warm and inviting design that creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. If you’d like to work out, a dedicated fitness area with several pieces of equipment is at your disposal.
