Designed for groups and families, the home offers multiple living rooms, two private balconies, and a custom-built bunk room featuring four queen-over-queen bunk beds with dedicated stair access to the upper bunks. Walk to Cincinnati’s best restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, Washington Park, and TQL Stadium from one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Ideal for groups of up to 14 guests.

Designed with large groups in mind, the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers the perfect combination of space, comfort, and walkability.

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Custom bunk suite featuring four queen-size bunk beds (sleeps 8) with a private entertainment lounge on the lower level.
• Primary suite with king bed and private en-suite bathroom on second floor.
• Additional king bedroom on the third floor.
• Additional queen bedroom on the third floor.

Bathrooms:

• Two full bathrooms and two additional half bathrooms.
• Primary full bathroom with double vanity.
• Spacious Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting the upper-level bedrooms, also featuring a double vanity.

Living & Gathering Spaces:

• Two separate living rooms, perfect for large groups to spread out and relax.
• Large dining table with seating for 8 guests.
• Oversized kitchen island with seating for 4 additional guests.
• Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay.

HOUSE RULES

Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:

We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.

Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.

Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

PARKING: You can use ONE parking spot in the rear of the property. Code to get into the gated area is 8445#. You will need to enter the property through the front door of the house. For Additional parking - you can park at the Washington Park GARAGE or MERCER Garage - but are very close to the house.
