Charming 3-story, 3BR home on the edge of Cincinnati's Over the Rhine. Comfortably sleeps 10 in 5 queen beds. Enjoy stunning downtown views from a huge deck, stylish modern interiors, and free parking including an EV charger. Perfect for groups wanting urban access with hillside privacy. Please note, the home has multiple sets of stairs.

Welcome to your charming 3-story hillside home, offering an urban retreat with space and privacy. The house is styled with modern furniture, hardwood floors, and an exposed brick chimney for unique character.

Main Living Area & Kitchen:
Full kitchen that opens onto a large deck.
The deck overlooks downtown Cincinnati and is equipped with string lights for a warm evening ambiance.

Bedrooms (3 total, 5 Queen Beds):
Bedroom 1: Two (2) comfortable queen beds, seating area, and closet.
Bedroom 2: Two (2) comfortable queen beds, seating area, and closet.
Bedroom 3 (Upper): One (1) queen bed, a large window with a wonderful view of downtown, seating area, and closet.

A dedicated workspace is available in the downstairs bedroom.

Bathrooms (2 total):
Lower-Level Bathroom: Features luxurious heated marble tile floors and an extra-large skylight.
Upstairs Bathroom: Includes a gorgeous cast iron tub with elegant gold-plated fixtures.

Guests will have private access to the entire 3-story house. Entry is convenient and secure with self check-in via a keypad. You are also welcome to use the large backyard located across the street, which is perfect for relaxing or walking a pet.

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their stay. While we will not be present at the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or recommendations. Please feel free to contact us through the app at any time.

Mobility Considerations: This is a 3-story house built on a hillside, which provides the amazing views. However, this means there is a set of stairs to enter the house and additional stairs to access each level inside. This may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

Security: For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are in place to monitor the off-street parking space and the street parking area at the rear of the house. There are no cameras inside the home.

Weekend Trip

My friends and I were in town for a quick weekend trip and loved the stay! Ben was very quick to respond to any questions and the location was great! Beautiful views, easy parking, and a great spot to stay.

The home was well stocked with necessities and we had no issues where we needed communicate with the host and found some of the little touches to be pleasant- such as the power strip at the home, the broom, iron and brief, but clear instructions regarding check-out. Since we come to Cincy once a year I’m sure we’ll be reaching out in the future.

This wonderful house is a Cincinnati gem!

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful house--thank you, Ben! You could tell that Ben has lovingly renovated this house to retain its unique Cincinnati charm. So much space inside, huge windows and amazing light. The bathrooms were beautifully redone--the shower skylight and heated floors were so lovely! The third floor bedrooms were like sleeping tucked up in a tree house. The Klotter Street neighborhood is really sweet and well-maintained--all these little pocket parks and tucked-away stairways to explore on the morning walk with the dog. We spent a wonderful evening on the huge back porch. Such fantastic views of Cincinnati--the porch has multiple levels and it was such an unexpected bonus to have so much outdoor space right in the heart of a city. Parking was easy--plenty of additional spots up and around the back of the house. Amazing location too--we were super close to awesome breweries and Findlay Market. We'll be sharing this gem with all our friends!

What I love most about VRBO is curating wonderful guest experiences for visitors to Cincinnati. I love being apart of Cincinnati's urban revival by bringing these charming old buildings back to life.

I'm an industrial designer at an indoor farming company in Cincinnati, Ohio. I enjoy living on the edge of Over-the-Rhine with access to downtown and the universities. I like art, design and new ways of growing food!

I'll be available to reach through airbnb or by phone 24/7. I'm frequently in and out of Cincinnati but my cleaner is on call for anything that needs to be taken care of onsite.

The neighborhood is known by the residents as Klotter Ave/Conroy Street. It was revitalized in the 1980s, while the rest of downtown Cincinnati fell into disrepair. It's a rare, safe, lovely gem in Downtown Cincinnati as it has been a safe neighborhood with a high quality of life even during the worst periods of Cincinnati's downtown decline in the 1970s-2000s. The neighborhood's incredible views have drawn an eclectic mix of artists, entrepreneurs, professors, professionals and one of the few urban Cincinnati neighborhoods with young families. I love living here and I'm excited to share it with guests!

This late 1800s 3-story home is full of character and has been lovingly restored back to life. It has warm hardwood floors throughout and heated marbled tile floors in the bathroom. There is a huge multi-story deck overlooking downtown Cincinnati and a cute front porch swing also overlooking downtown. It's spacious enough for gatherings and family get togethers.
