Great views and close to town and golf course

Lovely villa for up to 8 people located in lush surroundings on the outskirts of the village of Montauroux. Montauroux is a small, charming medieval village in the eastern part of the Var department on the border of Alpes-Maritimes. The village is beautifully situated at an altitude of 368 meters and is one of the so-called "villages perchés", floating villages. Montauroux is beautifully situated surrounded by the Estérel Mountains, the large bathing lake Lac de St-Cassien, the Massif du Tanneron and the Vallée de la Haute Siagne. Great opportunities for excursions to cities such as Grasse, Cannes, Nice and Fayence, and the lovely beaches of the Mediterranean by Fréjus are just 28 km away. Tennis and golf nearby.

The villa is located on a 3500 m2 large plot with lawn and lots of trees. Climbing frame with slide for the youngest children (no swings). In front of the house is the large terrace, which is partially covered, with dining area and sun loungers. From here the most beautiful view over the green-clad mountainous landscape. Below the house is the lovely pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pergola.

The villa is decorated in Provencal style and consists of the following: kitchen, combined dining and living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom including a bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with tub, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 separate toilet.

Great property, spotless, well equipped both inside and out. We had a fantastic time here and would happily return for a future holiday. Easy check in and host was responsive to questions about local markets etc. Overall a great time was had by all.

Super Urlaub

Das Haus war super vorbereitet alles sauber und die Betten bezogen Die Küche hat soweit alles was man braucht und der Gas-Grill ebenfalls top, der Pool müßte nach einer Woche mal richtig gereinigt werden, spannend war an mehreren Abende der Besuch von einer kleinen Herde Wildschweine direkt neben der Terrasse, zum Glück keine ganz groß Ausgewachsenen. Toll ist der fußläufig 10 Minuten entfernte Nationalpark den wir jeden Tag für unsere Gassirunden nutzten. Vom Haus bis in den Hafen Frejus 40 Minuten,Callien (10min) und Fayence ( 20min.)sind schnell erreicht Etwas schade fand ich das der schöne Blick auf die Berge von den hohen Büschen so begrenzt wird aber sonst hat es uns gut gefallen Vielen Dank
