## Space

Two bedrooms, livingroom, kitchenette and private bathroom situated on the first floor of the owners home. It is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. A great location, the beach, boulevard and city center all on a walking distance from this nice place.

The accommodation is very comfortable and fits all your needs. It features a two bedrooms with kingsize beds, a living room with a sitting area with television, a dining area, and a kittchenette with an electric 2-plate stove, refrigerator, microwave and possibility to make coffee and tea.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Zandvoort train station is at walking distance, direct connections with Amsterdam, Haarlem and Schiphol Airport.

Great Apartment!!

The property was better than we thought it would be, it was clean, bright, quirky and the beds were very comfortable. Only issue we had, and this is not a criticism, are the stairs that are very, very steep - however, this is normal is Dutch properties and only added to the unique quirkiness of our stay :)

Great little find. . Quiet little streets. Softest beds. So comfortable. Stayed with three men and ample room. Superb location for funky shops, cafes and bars and 5 mins to the fabulous beach. I’d defo come back.

Ozzy's Beach House was perfect for our family of three during the race weekend. We happened to arrive a little early, but Smiling Host made an effort to get the key for us ahead of schedule. The apartment was clean and neat with two comfortable bedrooms and a lounge area. The TV remote didn't work, but we did a work around. The property was within easy walking distance of the train and central Zandvoort. The stairs up to the second floor apartment were steep, so be careful. There is a baby gate at the top for anyone with toddlers. Overall, a great place to stay for us!

Eine schöne Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und besser geschnitten, als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem. Schön wären Nachtischlampen an allen Betten der Unterkunft (für 4 Personen). Auch ein großer Spiegel im Flur wäre vorteilhaft bei nur einem Badezimmer. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral für alle Gegebenheiten in Zandvoort. Wir können uns vorstellen, nochmal zu buchen.
